Overweight must be reduced to stay healthy and fit. Because as a result of overweight, any disease easily settles in the body. So weight control is important. Weight loss will be followed by fatigue and constant tiredness. This can have an adverse effect on the body. And there are major health risks.

If you want to lose excess weight, the first thing that needs to be considered is regular exercise, walking and dieting.

Physical Exercise

There are many reasons to exercise regularly. Above all, it keeps you healthy. If you want to lose overweight, walk or do any kinds of physical exercise in the morning. After that, walk minimum 30 minutes at least three days a week. You have to walk in such a way that your body sweats. After doing hard physical exercise you can take relax for half hour, for instance you can watch Tv.

If you want to lose excess weight, you have to pay attention to your food habit. There are some foods that can help you lose extra weight if you follow the rules. You can eat several foods regularly to lose weight.

You can eat oatmeal for breakfast. You can mix different seasonal fruits in this dish. Oats are rich in fiber, iron, protein, vitamin B and other nutrients.

Oats contain vitamin B, which helps the body digest carbohydrates. Moreover, oats are rich in calcium, magnesium, zinc, copper, manganese, thiamine, vitamins, which are higher than other cereals.
